Seeing as total orders online are skyrocketing in North America, I’m sure we’re all wondering how long this “boom” will last.  What’s even more interesting, per a study completed by Quantum Metric, is that buyers are converting at a 8.8% higher rate than they did just a year ago. What this means is that brands are having to keep up with high demand and keeping inventory stocked, which during this pandemic, can be challenging. How long will it be sustainable? That remains to be seen. However, the pure e-commerce brands that are benefiting from this boom in conversion rate are going to keep up for as long as they can.
